These terms outline how we work together when you book a service. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to follow these terms.

Ross Plumbing provides plumbing services for homes and businesses throughout the Greater Toronto Area and nearby regions of Ontario, including emergency plumbing services.
Who We Are
Ross Plumbing provides plumbing services for homes and businesses in the Greater Toronto Area and nearby regions of Ontario. We also offer emergency services. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Ross Plumbing, and "you" refers to the person booking a service.
Our Services
We do plumbing repairs and installations. That includes fixing leaks. We also work on drains and sewers. We handle water heaters. We take care of fixtures. We deal with gas plumbing. Every job is different. It depends on your system and the problem. If you are not sure if something is covered, please ask us before we begin.
Quotes and Pricing
We give you upfront pricing based on the information you provide. The final price might change after our plumber inspects the job and determines what is needed. We will confirm the cost with you before we begin any work. Emergency services may have different rates.
Booking and Access
Please make sure we can access the work area at your scheduled time. Also confirm that water and electricity are available if needed. If we are unable to get in, we may charge a call-out or cancellation fee.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please tell us as soon as you can. If you cancel late or we cannot access the site, we may charge a fee for the reserved time.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we agree otherwise. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when you book.
Our Workmanship
We stand by our work. If there is a problem with our workmanship, please contact us and we will fix it. Manufacturers may also provide warranties on parts or fixtures.
What We Don't Cover
Some situations are not part of a standard job, like pre-existing damage inside walls or underground, issues from older or failing systems, or work needing a permit or a specialist we have not agreed to. If this happens, we will explain your options.
Damage and Liability
We do our best to take care of your property. If we cause any damage while working, please tell us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden problems, old systems that fail during service, or things we cannot control. Our responsibility for any job is limited to what you paid for that service.
Your Responsibilities
Please give us accurate information about the problem, keep pets safe, and let us know about anything that could affect safety.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
